[讲座]跨国界振“心”行动心理援助系列公益讲座

为了让援助工作有效进行,防止志愿者再受创伤,我们安排了系列培训。第一场:5月28日美国灾难心理救助专家Joseph C. Napoli讲座;第二场:5月30日英国员工援助专家Tony Buon讲座。

2008年5月12日,面对中国四川汶川一场突如其来的特大地震,心理援助将成为紧急救援后第二阶段的工作重点。幸存者和救援者被惊怖的心灵和精神,需要被安顿,为此中国EAP服务中心携手中国心理联盟资讯网、广州市青少年心理辅导协会组委会、晴朗天心理咨询有限公司、智尊人才测评中心、红树林心理咨询公司等十多家专业心理咨询机构共同发起跨国界的心理援助——振“心”行动,计划向全国招募心理援助志愿者,至少为期半年,轮流分期分批进入灾区。

目前振心行为咨询师志愿者正在招募中,救助同胞,有我一份!

为了让我们的援助工作有效进行,让咨询师得到更好地装备,防止志愿者再受创伤,我们每派一批志愿者进入灾区之前均安排培训,第一批志愿者将在六月初出发,为此我们已经安排了一系列培训。请留下您的联系方式,方便我们将通知发到您手中。

讲师:Tony Buon
现任ScotCoach的合伙人,员工援助认证委员会前任理事,曾担任2000年悉尼奥运会的高级顾问,并为伦敦2012年奥运组委会提供EAP咨询以及创伤性事件干预。

讲师介绍

 
Joseph C. Napoli, M.D., DFAPA

Dr. Napoli, a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, is co-author of Resiliency in the Face of Disaster and Terrorism: 10 Things to Do to Survive and Co-Director of Resiliency LLC, a partnership for crisis and disaster consultation and training.  

拿波利博士,是美国精神病学学会中一位杰出的心理学家,著作有:“灾后和恐怖袭击后的心理康复:幸存十件事”和美国灾后心理康复委员会的主任之一,这是一家从事危机和灾难咨询和培训的合伙公司。

He has a private practice specializing in posttraumatic stress disorders in the United States and is listed in Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors of the New York Metro Area. He is a Corresponding Member of the American Psychiatric Association’s Committee on Psychiatric Dimensions of Disasters, a Disaster Mental Health Services volunteer for the American Red Cross, a member of the Security and Crisis Response Council of a local public school system and served on its Community Crisis Response Team from 1994 to 1999. 

In addition to being a former volunteer firefighter, he was the volunteer Chief of the Fort Lee Office of Emergency Management (OEM) Crisis Response Team in New Jersey. From 1998 to 2006, as the Chairperson of the New Jersey Psychiatric Association’s Disaster Preparedness Committee, he led the development of a statewide disaster psychiatry program. The Assembly of the American Psychiatric Association commended that association for “exemplary service rendered in response to the attack on America September 11, 2001”.

He has extensive experience in designing and teaching courses, planning and participating in disaster exercises, and responding and providing interventions for crises and disasters including 9/11. 

The New Jersey Emergency Management Association honored him with its Humanitarian Award for his dedicated service and volunteerism, especially during the aftermath of 9/11. In 2003, he received the American Psychiatric Association Bruno Lima Award in recognition of “his outstanding contributions to the care and understanding of the victims of disasters.”
